Access to and use of 'ResourceGroup.co.uk' and other Resource Group sites (the "Site") within the UK and internationally is provided by Resource Group Ltd ("Resource") on the following terms.

  8. Intellectual property rights

    Resource owns the copyright in all of the material on the Site. All trade marks, logos, software and any other intellectual property rights and all content are the exclusive property of Resource. You may not download, copy or print any of the pages of the Site except for your own personal use, and provided you keep intact all copyright and proprietary notices.

    The failure of Resource to exercise or enforce any right in these terms does not waive Resource's right to enforce that right.

    These terms and conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. The English and Welsh courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms and conditions.
